BETH COSTELLO

Hi, my name is Beth Costello. I have been a Personal Trainer for 6 years now, accumulating experience with a wide variety of clientele. My passion for fitness initially grew after being ill as a young adult and realising the benefits of exercise on both my physical and mental well-being. From here, I started out as a PT with my sole focus to help people discover their potential through the means of exercise. Since then, I have gone on to complete further qualifications to advance my knowledge, including Antenatal exercise and qualifying as a Pilates teacher.

 

My passion remains focused on working with people to discover their potential, but I now like to watch someone's well-being, and how we can improve your life in and outside the gym. I work with clients from all kinds of backgrounds, including busy moms, people with full-time office jobs, complete beginners, and experienced gym-goers to help achieve their goals.

 

Throughout my time as a PT, I have educated myself on many different specialties such as Powerlifting, Olympic weightlifting, mobility training, calisthenics, and strength and conditioning. Ensuring a well-rounded and flexible coaching program for the desired results.
