MICHAEL GIRVAN
My fitness journey stemmed from a football background, with the highlight of my football career playing for Wigan Athletic as a young professional.
Having gained lots of experience from my own training and as an athlete it subsequently led me into my interest of being a Personal Trainer. Since being in the industry I’ve had the pleasure of helping many people achieve different goals and opened up MGYM to continue that trend.
Although I love all types of fitness, I specialise in calisthenics, helping people build strength and mobility through different range of movements using their own bodyweight as well as learning new skills such handstands, muscle ups and more!
