TOM HOLMAN
Hello my name is Tom Holman, I have been a personal trainer for approximately 4 months. My interest in fitness began when I was 14-15, I grew up watching documentaries about the body building greats and I became obsessed with researching the science behind the sport and the most efficient methods of muscle growth and fat loss. My lack of confidence and direction in life at the time led me to tirelessly pursuing my greatest physique and mindset. Through mental and physical battles, the gym has always been my constant, the ever lasting aim to beat the person I was the day before has provided me with mental clarity, confidence and resilience.
I spent 4 years at university, the first 3 were spent achieving a bachelors degree in sports science, and the final year achieving a masters degree in strength and conditioning. Throughout university I learnt about physiology, biomechanics, psychology, Olympic weightlifting, hypertrophy training, power and speed development, data analysis and much more. Since then I have qualified as a personal trainer and aim to share my knowledge of elite human performance with those who are looking for guidance.
I am always excited to train new clients regardless of their goals, be it to get stronger, faster, bigger, leaner, or fitter. There is no challenge that I won’t embrace and tackle head on to ensure my clients become their best self.
