MICHAEL WOODWARD
I have over ten years experience of fitness and exercise, having first joined a gym at the age of 17. I began training with bodybuilding in mind looking to gain muscle. I soon found I had a natural level and strength and progressed my training towards more strength oriented goals, namely powerlifting and Olympic weightlifting. I became a personal trainer due to my passion for fitness and performance, and specialise in strength programming, helping clients to gain muscle, and general fitness and fat loss.
