Hello, my name is Brion Monaghan, and I've been a personal trainer for three years. My interest in fitness began at 15 when I sought to balance my love for food with a healthy lifestyle. This journey led me to explore gyms and the mechanics of the body, fueling my passion for fitness and prompting me to pursue a career in personal training.
Currently, I focus on calisthenics, which I have practiced for two years, alongside six years of weight training. My clients benefit from a blend of both techniques.
I take pride in helping people achieve their fitness goals and have successfully guided hundreds to success. My job satisfaction comes from seeing clients become happier, more confident, and stronger both mentally and physically.
My training emphasizes mental toughness, nutrition, and healthy habits inside and outside the gym. I'm always eager to take on new challenges with clients of diverse goals, believing that with determination, any health goal is achievable.
