My own fitness journey was influenced by personal struggles with an eating disorder, over exercising, and under eating. Having been through these challenges, I’m here to support you in finding balance, building strength, and gaining confidence on your fitness journey so you don’t have to face it alone.
As a professional dancer, I bring a deep understanding of movement and conditioning. My approach combines strength training, functional exercises, and flexibility, helping you develop both strength and mobility to move better and feel stronger in everyday life.
I’ve been through the ups and downs, so you don’t have to. Let’s work together to create a healthier, stronger version of you!
