Hello! How do? I'm Sophie. I have been a PT for 3 years now. I work with a variety of clientele with all different abilities and interests.

 

My preference is powerlifting and endurance based strengthening skills to help with sports such as running swimming and cycling.

 

I want to deliver a clear message to my clients which is, "All you have to do is try, each and every time, if you wait to  feel perfect and ready you won't start"

 

I work with the elderly, children, busy mums and young adults and people with health conditions each with different goals and outcomes.

 

I have skills with working with people with health conditions which need tailored plans and use their physio and doctor recommendations to help their progress. 

 

I have skills in powerlifting and, strength and conditioning and pilates to help everyone with their journey.
